Working with All the Essences of Nature
Our vines are surrounded and punctuated by agroforestry hedges. These create agro-ecological corridors linking the estate’s various wild spaces, such as the woods and our pond.
These zones allow a richer fauna to reinvest the spaces. In this way, they contribute to the natural, biological control of fungal diseases affecting vines.
SUPPORTING THE FUTURE
Agronomic experts work alongside our estate to assess the impact of our regenerative viticulture. In 2023, we joined the LiFE program, collaborating with the Conservatory of Natural Areas to conduct an inventory of local wildlife and plant species.
The initial results are both significant and promising, revealing the presence of species classified as “vulnerable”, such as the Diane butterfly (Zerynthia polyxena) and the Rollier d’Europe, a bird that relies on a diverse habitat mosaic for its survival.
