THE ORIGIN OF AN APPROACH: VITIFORESTRY
For over 40 years, an agro-environmental dynamic has guided and shaped the choices of our family-run vineyard.
This journey began in 1980 with the conversion of Domaine Saint Louis to organic farming. In 2015, it continued with the introduction of agroforestry hedgerows within our vineyard plots. Inspired by her permaculture vegetable garden, Catherine Carrière Pradal, the sixth generation of winemakers, implemented over 3 kilometers of intra-plot hedgerows. Trees, shrubs, and Mediterranean plants now coexist in harmony with our vines.
Today, agroforestry spans more than 7 kilometers across nearly 20 hectares of the estate.

At the Origin: A Committed Family...
The 55-hectare family estate, located in the AOP Languedoc, is now managed by Baptiste and Claire Carrière Pradal.
The regenerative viticulture initiated by Catherine Carrière Pradal has shaped the estate. Our daily commitment to preserving the environment and its ecosystem guides every strategic decision we make.
Today, we cultivate 26 different grape varieties, including indigenous ones such as Grenache Blanc, Picpoule Noir, and Morastel. To further enrich biodiversity, we have also diversified our crops by introducing olives and pomegranates, creating a habitat where a thriving flora and fauna can reclaim their place.
Working with all essences of nature
Our wine collection offers a diverse range of profiles, combining emblematic Languedoc grape varieties—such as Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre—with innovative winemaking techniques like carbonic maceration.
Driven by a desire to diversify our crops, we have planted 3 hectares of olive trees and 2 hectares of pomegranate trees. Each of these fruits is available in multiple varieties, creating a rich aromatic palette. From these crops, we have developed a range of organic cold pressed olive oils, an organic pomegranate juice labelled by the Occitanie area, and garrigue honey produced by our own beehives.
