When Laurent Dagenais discovers the wines of our domaine, a shared vision of the pleasures of the table quickly emerges. A vision of sincere gastronomy, a taste for authentic products, a conviction that the best moments are often the simplest.

An impromptu meal with friends. A large family gathering. A bottle opened on no particular occasion, or a recipe prepared with passion.

It was from this meeting that Toujours Soif.

A collection of wines designed to accompany those moments that deserve to be lived to the full.

More than a name, a philosophy

The name Toujours Soif was not chosen by chance.

It reflects the spirit that has driven Laurent Dagenais since the beginning of his career.

Originally from Quebec, Laurent developed a passion for cooking and the products that go into it at an early age. Over the years, he perfected his skills before sharing his vision with millions of people around the world through his culinary videos, which have become a must-see.

In just a few years, he has become one of the most influential figures in French-speaking gastronomy. Through his recipes, projects and content, he has created a real community of enthusiasts united around the same idea: cooking should above all be a source of pleasure, sharing and emotion.

Its success is based on a simple yet demanding approach: putting taste at the heart of everything. Enhance products. Respecting flavors. Cooking with generosity. Sharing without pretension.

But beyond cooking, Laurent Dagenais is undoubtedly characterized by his curiosity. Through his travels, encounters and culinary discoveries, he has never stopped exploring new horizons. This constant desire to learn, pass on and bring people together has become his signature.

With Toujours Soifwe wanted to translate this universe into bottles. Sincere, accessible and generous wines, designed to accompany the cuisine, the exchanges and the memories that are created around a meal.

Because being Toujours Soifmeans always wanting to discover, share and enjoy life’s pleasures to the full. It’s about sharing more than just a wine: a moment, an emotion and a story.

 

A meeting based on shared values

At our estate, we believe that the best wines are those that tell a story.

Located in Servian, in the heart of the Languedoc region, our vineyards are cultivated with constant attention to the living environment and the expression of our terroir.

For several years now, we have been developing an approach based on organic farming and agroforestry to sustainably preserve the balance of biodiversity at the heart of our plots.

When our first discussions with Laurent Dagenais began, we quickly realized that we shared the same convictions.

Respect for the product,

The importance of authenticity,

The desire to create something sincere,

And above all, the desire to please.

 

Three colors, one philosophy

The collection Toujours Soif collection is available in three cuvées.

Three personalities,

Three ways to accompany the table,

But only one philosophy.

To create wines that naturally find their place in a meal. Wines that accompany dishes without ever dominating them. Wines that make you want to share a second bottle rather than talk for hours about the first.

Because the best gastronomic experiences are often those that seem the most natural.

 

Toujours Soif – White

 

The Sauvignon Blanc IGP Pays d’OC 2025 from the collection embodies freshness, energy and spontaneity.
It evokes summer meals, seafood, crisp vegetables and long sunny days that end around a big table.
It’s a luminous wine, designed for lovers of conviviality and elegant simplicity.

Toujours Soif – Rosé

 

The estate’s signature cuvée, a blend of AOP Languedoc Syrah and Grenache grapes, is probably the most natural expression of the spirit of the South.
Fresh, gourmet and unifying, it’s just as good with impromptu aperitifs as it is with meals that go on until nightfall.
It celebrates the Mediterranean art of living and its unique ability to transform the simplest moments into lasting memories.

Toujours Soif – Red

 

Made from a blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir AOP Languedoc 2025, the red is the collection’s most gourmet expression.
Inspired by the generous dishes and sharing cuisine Laurent is particularly fond of, it finds its place alongside grilled meats, simmered dishes and meals where everyone comes back to help themselves a second time.
A friendly, sincere and accessible wine.

With Always Soifwe didn’t set out to create wines for specialists only.

We wanted to create cuvées that could bring people together.

Wines to accompany important moments as well as the most spontaneous ones.

Because when it comes down to it, the best memories rarely come from a formal tasting.

They are born around a table.

Between two bursts of laughter.
